Common questions
How many cloths do I need?
One Cloth Trio Set is plenty for one child — added to a midweek wash in order to rotate daily.
For those in-between moments, our Australian-made Cloth Cleanser Bar helps extend use between washes and keeps cloths smelling fresh.
And if you fall in love with more colours (it happens), an extra set in rotation never hurts.
How do I clean them?
A quick rinse under warm water and a lather with our Cloth Cleanser Bar does the trick between uses. Wring out well and hang to dry.
Tip: Wring for a second time into a dry tea towel to speed up drying time even more.
When you're ready, pop them inside the laundry bag that your Cloth Set came in, and then into the washing machine on a cold gentle cycle.
How many disposables do they replace?
Each cloth measures approximately 17x37 cm, with two usable sides, delivers the equivalent of 4–6 fresh passes (roughly the same as 4–6 disposable wipes) per use -or more depending on how messy they are!
With that being said, one Cloth Trio Set can replace years worth of disposable wipes. That’s thousands of single-use wipes that would’ve ended up in landfill.
Here’s the math: just two disposable wipes per meal, three meals a day, adds up to over 2,000 wipes per child, per year. Over the hands-on mealtime years
(from around 9 months to 4.5 years), that’s about 9,800 wipes per child. If you were to lay all those wipes out flat, there would be enough to cover a full tennis court.
